استهدف البحث الحالى تنمية بعض مهارات المواطنة الرقمية المتمثلة فى:  الوصول الرقمى  Digital Access ، والاتصال الرقمى Digital Communication، والثقافة الرقمية Digital Literacy ، والأمن والحماية الرقمية  Digital Security and Safety   ، والآداب الرقمية  Digital Etiquette ، والحقوق والمسئولية الرقمية Digital Rights and Responsibility، والقانون الرقمى Digital Law، والصحة والسلامة الرقمية  Digital Security and Safety ، والتجارة الرقمية Digital Commerce   ، بالإضافة إلى تنمية المرونة العقلية لدى طلاب کلية التربية النوعية ، وذلک فى فصل الربيع من العام الجامعى 2019-2020 م ، واستخدمت الباحثة التصميم التجريبى المعروف باسم امتداد تصميم المجموعة الواحدة ذو الاختبار القبلى - البعدىExtended One   - Group Pretest – Posttest Design ؛ حيث تعلمت المجموعة التجريبية الأولى المحتوى التعليمى من خلال بيئة التعلم النقال التقليدية، وتعلمت المجموعة التجريبية الثانية المحتوى التعليمى من خلال بيئة التعلم النقال القائمة على نظرية الذکاء الناجح، وتمثلت أدوات البحث فى اختبار تحصيلى لقياس الجانب المعرفى لمهارات المواطنة الرقمية، واختبار مواقف لقياس الجانب الأدائى لمهارات المواطنة الرقمية، ومقياس المرونة العقلية، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى فاعلية بيئة التعلم النقال القائمة على نظرية الذکاء الناجح فى تنمية الجانب المعرفى والأدائى لمهارات المواطنة الرقمية والمرونة العقلية لدى طلاب کلية التربية النوعية ( عينة البحث )، وفى ضوء ما أسفر عنه البحث من نتائج تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات ، واستکمالًا للنتائج التي توصل إليها البحث تم اقتراح مجموعة من البحوث والدراسات المستقبلية.
The current research aimed at developing some digital citizenship skills in: digital access, digital communication, digital literacy, digital security and safety, digital etiquette, digital rights and responsibility, digital law, and digital commerce as well as developing mental flexibility among students of the faculty of specific education during spring semester 2019-2020. The researcher used the experimental design known as extended one design with pretest and posttest. The second experimental group learned the educational content through a mobile learning environment based on the theory of successful intelligence. The research tools consisted of an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect of digital citizenship skills, a situation test to measure the performance aspect of digital citizenship skills, and a scale for mental flexibility. The results of the research reached the effectiveness of the mobile learning environment based on the theory of successful intelligence in developing the cognitive and performance aspect of digital citizenship skills and mental flexibility among students of the Faculty of Specific Education (the research sample). According to the research results, a number of recommendations were presented, and in order to complete the findings of the research, a set of future research and studies were proposed.
