تطوير نظام للدعم الذكي النقال قائم على استخدام المساعد الشخصي الذكي وأثره على تنمية بعض المهارات التكنولوجية لدى أعضاء الهيئة المعاونة بجامعة الأزهر في ضوء متطلبات التحول الرقمي

هدف البحث الحالي إلى تطوير نظام للدعم الذكي النقال قائم على استخدام المساعد الشخصي الذكي وقياس أثره على تنمية بعض المهارات التكنولوجية لدى أعضاء الهيئة المعاونة بجامعة الأزهر في ضوء متطلبات التحول الرقمي؛ ولتحقيق هذا الغرض تم إعداد أدوات البحث والتي تمثلت في (اختبار تحصيلي- مقياس متدرج)؛ وتم تصميم مادة المعالجة التجريبية؛ وتم اختيار عينة قوامها 30 من أعضاء الهيئة المعاونة بكلية التربية جامعة الأزهر؛ ووفقًا لطبيعة العينة فقد استخدم التصميم التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة واستخدم المنهج شبه التجريبي؛ وتم تطبيق نظام الدعم الذكي النقال على عينة البحث بعد التأكد من صلاحيته وجاهزيته للتطبيق الفعلي؛ وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية وتفسير النتائج؛ فقد جاء أهمها ليؤكد على فاعلية نظام الدعم الذكي النقال القائم على استخدام المساعد الشخصي الذكي على تنمية على (التحصيل المعرفي- الأداء العملي) للمهارات التكنولوجية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة بجامعة الأزهر في ضوء متطلبات التحول الرقمي؛ وكانت أهم توصيات البحث ضرورة توظيف نظام الدعم الذكي النقال القائم على إستخدام المساعد الشخصي الذكي في تنمية المهارات التكنولوجية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة بكل كليات جامعة الأزهر والجامعات الأخرى.
The current research aims to develop a system for mobile intelligent support based on the use of personal assistants and measure its impact on the development of some technological skills among the support staff at Al-Azhar University in light of the requirements of digital transformation. To achieve this purpose, research tools were prepared, including a (pre-test and a graded scale). An experimental treatment material was designed, and a sample of 30 members of the support staff at the Faculty of Education, Al-Azhar University, was selected. According to the nature of the sample, a single-group experimental design was used, and a quasi-experimental approach was employed. The mobile intelligent support system was applied to the research sample after confirming its validity and readiness for actual application. After statistical analysis and interpretation of the results, the most significant finding was to confirm the effectiveness of the mobile intelligent support system based on the use of a personal assistant in developing cognitive achievement and practical performance in technological skills among the faculty members and support staff at Al-Azhar University in light of the requirements of digital transformation. The most important recommendations of the research emphasized the necessity of employing the mobile intelligent support system based on the use of a personal assistant in developing technological skills among the faculty members and support staff in all colleges of Al-Azhar University and other universities.
