تناول البحث التعرف علي أثر التفاعل بين توقيت تقديم الخرائط الذهنية الإلکترونية ومستوى السعة العقلية بالمحتوى المقدم عبر بيئة التعلم الإلکترونى؛ وأثر التفاعل بينهما علي تنمية مهارات تشغيل واستخدام السبورة التفاعلية لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا بشعبة تکنولوجيا التعليم، وهدف إلى التعرف علي أثر توقيت عرض الخرائط الذهنية الإلکترونية (قبل/ بعد) بالمحتوى المقدم عبر بيئة التعلم الإلکترونية علي التحصيل المعرفي والأداء العملي لمهارات استخدام السبورة التفاعلية، وکذلک التعرف علي أثر مستوى السعة العقلية (مرتفع/ منخفض) بالمحتوى المقدم عبر بيئة التعلم الإلکترونية علي التحصيل المعرفي والأداء العملي لمهارات استخدام السبورة التفاعلية، وتحديد ما إذا کان هناک تفاعل دال بين توقيت عرض الخرائط الذهنية ومستوى السعة العقلية بالمحتوى المقدم عبر بيئة التعلم الإلکترونية علي التحصيل المعرفي والأداء العملي لمهارات استخدام السبورة التفاعلية، وتکونت عينة البحث من مجموعة من طلاب الدراسات العليا بشعبة تکنولوجيا التعليم، وتضمن أدوات البحث (اختبار تحصيلي في الجانب المعرفي الخاص باستخدام السبورة التفاعلية، بطاقة ملاحظة لملاحظة أداء طلاب الدراسات العليا بشعبة تکنولوجيا التعليم أثناء استخدام السبورة التفاعلية، اختبار الأشکال المتقاطعة لـ"بسکاليوني" ترجمة وإعداد (إسعاد البنا، حمدي البنا، 1990). وکانت أهم نتائج البحث وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.05 بين متوسطات درجات أفراد المجموعات التجريبية للبحث في الأداء العملي لمهارات استخدام السبورة التفاعلية لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا بشعبة تکنولوجيا التعليم؛ يرجع للتأثير الأساسي للتفاعل بين توقيت عرض الخرائط الذهنية الإلکترونية (قبل/ بعد) ومستوى السعة العقلية (مرتفع/ منخفض) بالمحتوى المقدم عبر بيئة التعلم الإلکترونية لصالح المعالجة (مرتفع السعة العقلية / تقديم قبلي للخرائط).
The research has identified the effect of interaction between timing of presenting electronic mind maps and level of mental capacity by content which is presented through e-learning environment, and the effect of interaction between them on operating skills development and using the interactive white board for post-graduated scholars at Technology Education department, and that aims to identify the effect of timing of presenting electronic mind maps (before\after) by content which is presented through e-learning environment on procuring of cognitive and practical performance for using the interactive white board skills, and also identifying the level of mental capacity's effect (high\low) by content which is presented through e-learning environment on procuring of cognitive and practical performance for using the interactive white board skills, and mark whether is a significant interaction between  timing of presenting electronic mind maps by content which is presented through e-learning environment on procuring of cognitive and practical performance for using the interactive white board skills, and the research sample is formed by a group of post-graduated scholars at Technology Education department, and the research's tools are consisted of (procuring test in cognitive side which is related to using the interactive white board, and an observation card to observe the performance of post-graduated scholars at Technology Education department, jigsaw test for "Biskaleoni" translation and preparing by (Esaad el-Banna, Hamdy el-Banna 1990).
 
         The most important research results were statistically significant difference at level 0.05 among members of tentative group's degrees averages to search for practical performance for using the interactive white board skills for post-graduated scholars at Technology Education department, that is back to the main effect between timing of displaying electronic mind maps (before\after) and the level of mental capacity (high\low) by content which is presented through e-learning environment in favor of processing  (high mental capacity\pre-presentation for maps).
